Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
